SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days. 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail.(with no tracking). If order tracking is important, please select Expedited Shipping or Xpresspost upon checkout. 

**Please note Canada Post standard shipping can take up to 10 days or more sometimes (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) to deliver. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipments that have been shipped with Canada Post.**

 

FREE LOCAL (CURB SIDE) PICK UP:

You may also select the local pick-up option at checkout and we'll e-mail you when it's ready for pick up. We are located in Markham, Ontario.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

There is a 30-day return policy for any damaged or defective items. We would be more than happy to replace the cards.

Please note this is valid within 30 days of receiving your online order. 

In order to be eligible for return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you will cover all costs of the return. We do not provide refunds.
